Refund Policy
At this moment, we do not accept refunds. We however have an order cancelation policy. Our product cancelation policy requires you to cancel your order before the production of the product has begun. If you do not manage to send us an email before the production, we cannot accept your refund request, and your order will continue production.
Our reasoning
The reason for this is because we exclusively get the product made just for you and we only start the production when you order our product.
Our Policies
To cancel your order, you have to register a form which is listed below to apply for cancelation. There is no time limit to when you cancel your order but please note that production of the products can start at any time after the payments have been processed so please email us as soon as possible. If you failed to email us or register for the refund application before the production has started, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you the money.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know HERE within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a fresh product, or issue a refund

Damaged Products
We care about your experience at Gloset Co. and we are here for your service. If you have received a damaged product please contact us for a refund. Please email us within a week regarding your damaged products. Please have photos ready so we can confirm the damaged products.
Wrong Shipping Adress
If you put in the wrong shipping address, you are responsible to pay for the reshipment of your product. Contact us to make sure the shipment process goes according to plan.
